Meet Anna

Anna graduated Victoria University with Bachelor of Science and Masters in Osteopathy. She went on to complete a course in dry needling, cupping and kinesiotaping. Anna was able to advance her skills while on placement in a hospital in Mumbai, where she gained valuable experience from orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists and radiologists.

With a passion for sport, Anna became a sports trainer at Werribee Centrals. This learning opportunity allowed her to refine her skills and gain hands on experience in many different sports injuries from the time of injury, to return to sport. This is where Anna learnt her sport rehabilitation and taping techniques for different injuries.

Anna believes in educating her patients and working together to set goals for their treatment journey.

Anna enjoys treating many different injuries and conditions including:

When Anna isn’t working, you’ll find her walking her dog, Bruce, reading a book or spending time in Warrnambool with her family. She has also decided to expand on her skill set and undertake a Diploma of Animal Osteopathy.

Meet Tayla

Tayla is an Osteopath that is focused on developing relationships and creating an environment that supports her patients goals, whether that be to reduce pain, improve strength and performance or guide them during their pregnancy journey.

Tayla enjoys helping people of all ages presenting with anything from headaches, jaw pain, sporting injuries (particularly soccer related), pregnancy and chronic pain. Tayla prides herself in giving patients the time to tell their stories and seeks to empower them through their journey using a combination of manual therapy, education, lifestyle advice and exercise rehabilitation.

Tayla began her journey into healthcare by initially studying a Bachelor of Health Sciences, Majoring in Anatomy and Physiology giving her a thorough understanding of the body. She also spent a number of years as a sports trainer for Oakleigh Crushers VAFA Football club tending to the treatment and prevention of game day injuries. Tayla has been lucky enough to work in London alongside British colleagues at the British School of Osteopathy. This experience gave Tayla invaluable hands on experience and exposure to presentations and medical conditions in a different demographic. Following on from her Osteopathy degree Tayla has completed further study focusing on the pelvic region, pregnancy, dry needling, tendon management and women's health. All presentations are welcome though :)

It’s not all work and no play. Outside the clinic Tayla spends a lot of time with friends, partner Conor and her cat Ahsoka. She loves food and even more so when it is accompanied by a good cup of coffee at brunch. During the week you’ll also find her playing soccer as captain of the Somerville Eagles Soccer Club and is an active committee member striving to promote women in sport!
