Meet Anna 

Anna graduated Victoria University with Bachelor of Science and Masters in Osteopathy. She went on to complete a course in dry needling, cupping and kinesiotaping. Anna was able to advance her skills while on placement in a hospital in Mumbai, where she gained valuable experience from orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists and radiologists.

With a passion for sport, Anna became a sports trainer at Werribee Centrals. This learning opportunity allowed her to refine her skills and gain hands on experience in many different sports injuries from the time of injury, to return to sport. This is where Anna learnt her sport rehabilitation and taping techniques for different injuries.

Anna believes in educating her patients and working together to set goals for their treatment journey.

When Anna isn’t working, you’ll find her walking her dog, Bruce, reading a book or spending time in Warrnambool with her family. She has also decided to expand on her skill set and undertake a Diploma of Animal Osteopathy.

Meet Belicia (Bel) 

Belicia (Bel) graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a double bachelor
of Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy). Since graduating Bel has also completed
qualifications in Dry needling and balanced ligamentous tension, as well as expanding her
knowledge in pregnancy and women’s pelvic health.
Belicia grew up being involved in a variety of sports with a particular interest in rhythmic
gymnastics and rowing, which resulted in numerous injuries. Her passion for osteopathy started
after having several injuries and pains treated by an Osteopath. This is what drove her to want
to learn about the human body and how Osteopathy can aid with an assortment of conditions.

Belicia enjoys treating a wide range of conditions and injuries including:

● Neck pain
● Lower back pain
● Shoulder pain
● Pregnancy pains
● Women’s pelvic health complaints
● Preparing for labour
● Chronic pain
● Acute injuries

Bel likes to use a variety of hands-on techniques including high velocity low amplitude (HVLA),
soft tissue massage and articulation. Bel also likes to use some gentle, indirect techniques such
as counterstain and balanced ligamentous tension (BLT).Bel has completed additional training
in pelvic health and has the ability to assess the pelvic floor and provide treatment to help with
pelvic floor dysfunctions. She also believes strongly in working together with the patient and
other health practitioners in order to provide each individual with the best care and guidance to
help achieve their specific goals. Belicia also likes to get individuals involved in their own health
by providing stretches and exercises to do at home in-between visits to the clinic.
When Belicia isn’t working, she loves cuddling up with her cat, Noodle, and watching horror
movies.
